  • Waarom zou ik voor Allen Limousine kiezen?
    Allen Limousine does NOT use sub-contractors, when you reserve a vehicle with us, you will get a driver that works for Allen Limousine, a vehicle with personalized license plates, that is owned by Allen Limousine and is Licensed and insured. All of our drivers are well trained & professional and have been with the company for a long time. So please give us a chance to prove our service to you.
  • Hoe reserveer ik een auto bij Allen Limousine?
    Simply call our office at 972-747-0011, make a reservation on our website, email us at info@allenlimousine.com or fax the reservation to 469-208-5454. We will need a credit card when making a reservation, and also we will send you a confirmation back by email.
  • Wat zijn aanvaardbare betaalmethoden?
    We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover as well as checks, cash is accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.
  • Wat zijn uw openingstijden?
    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a live representative, not an answering machine or answering service.
  • Wat is uw annuleringsbeleid?
    Cancellation Fees for Sedans. 4 hours or more prior to pick up time = no charge. Less than 4 hours to pick up time = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions Cancellation Fees for Limos & Buses. 72 hours or more prior to pick up time = No charge. Less than 72 hours to pick up time= 50% charge. Same day cancellation = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions
  • Betaal ik voor de service als mijn vlucht vertraagd of geannuleerd is?
    We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any status changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.
  • Is een natte bar inbegrepen bij een limousinehuur?
    We will provide soft drinks, water & ice at no charge, you CAN bring alcohol on board as long as every one in limousine is over 21.
  • Is de 20% servicetoeslag die de chauffeurs geven?
    No, 20% service fee is the tax, administrative fee & a fuel surcharge. Gratuity for the driver we leave it up to the client.
  • We hebben 11 mensen in ons gezelschap, kunnen we in een limousine voor 10 passagiers stappen?"
    Insurance covers up to the amount of people the vehicle holds, and we will not allow more than that, it is for your own safety.
  • Why do you charge $16 tolls for airport pickup/drop off?
    Sometimes our drivers may use tollways to get to your pick-up location, there is $4.66 toll when a licensed limo company enters and exit the airport. Instead of calculating each toll during the trip, we charge $16.00 tolls, which is the average tolls, instead of counting tolls on the way, we give you total cost ahead of time to make it easier.
